Restaurant Linen

Services

We can handle the most stubborn-stained tablecloths and napkins, taking care of red wine or grease marks with ease, as well as dealing with kitchen laundry such as cloths and tea towels. Linens are pressed to perfection, checked, folded and carefully packed for redelivery.

Restaurant linens, known as ‘flat work’, are our bread and butter (pardon the pun). They form part of the 125,000 pieces we carefully process each week, washing every batch on a client by client basis, rather than mixing loads. Linens are returned to our customers clean, crisp and lovingly cared for.

PERFECTLY TIMED

Our delivery service runs like clockwork, and our linens can be discreetly RFID tagged for a truly transparent end-to-end service.

HANDLED WITH CARE

We offer a 24-hour laundering service, from pick-up to drop-off. At every stage, your restaurant linens are in the careful hands of our experienced team.

BEST IN BUSINESS

Our ironing lines produce the most professional press and finish, resulting in crisp linens featuring just the right amount of starch and brilliance.

PERSONAL TOUCH

Every piece is hand-checked before folding, packing and re-delivery.

I may be a little biased, but we have been working with Palace Laundry for over twenty years and I can honestly say that we have always had total confidence in the team. They are a true reflection of our values here at Firmdale, their attention to detail and the pride they demonstrate every day, is a shining example for the whole organisation.

Laura Sharpe, Director of Operations at Firmdale Hotels

We’ve been working with Palace Laundry since our pre-opening, and we find its service exceptional. It’s rare to find a partner that is so consistently dependable, proactive, and dedicated to excellence. Most importantly, our guests are consistently impressed with the standard of our linens and laundry.

Crina Feier, Executive Housekeeper at NoMad London

Palace Laundry is one of the best laundry companies we’ve dealt with. Truly professional, it understands the needs and challenges of hoteliers and the team is dedicated to its work.
